What’s up QuEasy fans? We’ve been busy and we know It’s been a while since we posted on here, but here’s a couple little bits of news to hold you over…

NEW ALBUM: We are preparing to go back into the studio in early feb to finish the last of the songs for our forthcoming album (release date TBA). Very excited to drop some new tunes for you all. Though the album doesn’t have an official release date yet, we will share a couple tracks in the spring with you guys because we are just too stoked to sit on them for too much longer.

TOURS: aside from some shows in the NW, we will also be doing a two week tour of the west coast in late feb, hitting up some familiar as well as new markets, and we are very pleased to announce another national tour in April/may. Though the album won’t be released yet, we will have some new material for your ears that will only be sold at shows until the album officially drops.

MERCH: we will updating the page with new merch soon. We did a small run before our last west coast tour of some new tshirts designed by Cank (one half of VORCAN) and those sold like wildfire so once we get the new shipment in they will be up and available to buy online.

As always, please check our tour/shows page and sign up for our mailing list to know when we will be hitting up your town — chances are it will be soon.

Whats up QuEasy fans, just letting everyone know we finished up recording 10 songs for our new album! We started with the goal being a 4, then 5 song EP, but things went so well that we decided to record 5 more. Mixing still needs to happen, but we are very pleased with what we got. Release date is still TBA, but look for it late 2011 or early 2012.

Other than that, just getting ready for the summer, which means a 2 week tour up and down the west coast. Check our shows to get all the info, but we start making our way south on June 1st. Also check for some festival appearances in the NW, as well as a bunch of other shows here and there.

Exciting things going on here at Camp QuEasy. Our spring tour down to SxSW was great, thanks to everyone who came out. Since our return we’ve been playing around, but more importantly we’ve been getting ready to record a new EP in a couple weeks. This month we’ve been making demos of new songs, and we will pick our favorite few to hit the studio with. Yeah bud.

Also, we have three NW shows next week with The Bridge. They are going to be off the hook so get on the train to jam city.

Sun 4/24 Seattle, WA – Tractor Tavern

These shows are gonna be some epic nights of music and we are looking forward to jamming with our buds. We have more shows coming up too, everything is listed in the tour section. We also are going to be touring the west coast in June, plus playing a couple festivals is summer, including Black Sheep Family Reunion and Summer Meltdown… Keep an eye out for more details.

A quick update on what we’ve been up to…

- we leave for our trip to Austin TX in a couple days! This tour will take us through Boise, SLC, a few cities in Colorado, Tulsa, then to Austin for two SXSW parties. We are very stoked for this run, so come out and get down. Check the TOUR page for full schedule and times.

-after finishing up a West Coast run in Feb, we are pleased to announce another one is planned for early June. Keep checking back for details as they come…

- 3 shows are scheduled in April with Baltimore’s own (and our very good friends) The Bridge. We will play in Eugene, Ptown, and Seattle with them and couldn’t be more excited. They are touring behind their new release “National Bohemian”, which was produced by Steve Berlin (Los Lobos).

Hola amigos y familia. Hope all is well during this holiday
season. We are getting close to wrapping up the month of december,
having played some great shows over the past 2 months, and still
some to come as well! To finish out 2010, we have one last Portland
show on Dec. 30th w/ Devin Phillips, and then we have our New Years
Eve show in Eugene which will also feature our good friends and
collaborators Vorcan doing live paintings during our set. Looking
forward to seeing everyone out. January sees us all scattering
around the western hemisphere for about 3 weeks, but by the end of
the month we will be back in full force. Shows in the first 3
months of 2011 include runs through Idaho, California, Washington,
Oregon, Utah, Colorado and Texas, so stay tuned and check our tour
page for more info as it comes in… We also almost have our online
merch store up and running, where you can buy shirts, panties,
stickers, buttons, as well as both our albums… … And speaking
of albums, recording of our next one will being in the spring of
2011. We have been writing songs and getting them ready at shows,
so we are very stoked to get back in the studio and hammer it out.
Good things are on the horizon, and we hope everyone is being safe
and having fun during this holiday season. YEAH BUD!!!!!

whats going on everybody?

so as of yesterday we made it home from our 3rd national tour in the past year. it been quite the ride but we are all excited to sleep now and get some much needed rest. having said that, the tour was awesome and thank you to everyone who came out, and a BIG thank you to The Bridge for letting us open their last night of their Bmore residency and the 8×10. it was a great night, and you can find a live recording of it on archive.org It was also great hitting up new areas in the NE and SE, especially N. Carolina and WV. yeah buds.

once we catch up on rest this week, we are very excited to announce that we have a 3-show run with Deer Tick, hitting up portland, bellingham and seattle. the portland show is extra special because not only is it our first home-town show since being gone, but it’s at the Crystal Ballroom AND it’s our very own Jimmy Miller’s bday!!! this is going to be a night to remember (hopefully we remember) so show Mr. Miller some love and come out. on all the Deer Tick shows we play a short first set, followed by J. Roddy and the Buisness, then Deer Tick, so get their early if you want to check us out…

… and lastly, keep checking our dates till the end of the year. we are going to be around the NW, everywhere from Ptown to Seattle to Boise to SF and everywhere in-between. we will post more soon, but hopefully we can all rage the rest of 2010 together. looking forward to seeing y’all around.

Alright folks, we are about one week out before we hit the road again for our fall tour in support of our new album “Red Light Rabbit” and we are stoked!

This tour will be another loop of the country, but with a few new cities that have no idea what’s about to go down. We will be diggin a bit deeper in the NE and SE this trip so make sure you check our dates to see if we will be in your area. Also, we are thrilled to announce that we will be playing 2 shows with The Bridge on this tour: on their last night of residency at the 8 x 10 in Baltimore, as well as in Northampton, Mass. at the Iron Horse Music Hall. Both shows will be off the hook (as will all our other shows) so don’t miss out.

But, before we leave we have a few more great shows in the NW to play, including two shows during the Eugene Celebration…
